 SIRP Program

 

The Storefront Improvement Rebate Program (SIRP) is designed to stimulate building improvements and to upgrade the appearance of commercial properties within the boundaries of the Parking and Business Improvement Area (PBIA).

Eligible improvements include, but are not limited to:

  • Signs (replacing non-conforming signs)
  • Doors
  • Windows
  • Awnings
  • Landscaping
  • Painting
  • Architectural Design

SIRP is one means by which the Clovis Community Development Agency (Redevelopment Agency of the City of Clovis) assists business and property owners in and around Old Town Clovis.

 

Eligible Applicants

Owners and tenants of commercial property located within the PBIA boundaries, as well as Clovis Avenue between Seventh and Eighth Streets and Pollasky Avenue Between Seventh and Eighth Streets.
