Cheerleading Clinic
This six-week program is for participants 7 through 12 years of age. The introductory Cheerleading Clinic will teach arm angles, short cheers and jumps, which will be demonstrated during the last class.

Creative Movement and Dance
This six-week program is designed to teach children basic movement, coordination and confidence with the help of music. Basic dancing skills are added each week. These skills and movements will be incorporated into a routine that will be performed during the last class of the session. Cood posture, coordination, and an introduction to movement via music will help to build creativitiy and confidence. Creative Movement benefits children by introducing them to exercise, physical fitness and the joy of music.

Fitness Boot Camp
This program is designed to get our youth in shape. This coed program is designed to help motivate our youth and give them self-confidence as they strive to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a very intense program that will introduce techniques such as, circuit training, boxing drills, agility test, etc. This program will also include general information on nutrition. This program is aimed to improve physical health and flexibility and to give youth a fun and safe opportunity to challenge themselves on a personal level.
