The City of Clovis invites members of the public to help create a new Active Transportation Plan during a public workshop on October 27, 2015. The plan will create a vision for ongoing development of bicycle and pedestrian facilities that create a safe, comfortable, and connected community for walking and bicycling.
The Dry Creek Trailhead won the 2015 Urban Forestry Award from the California Urban Forests Council in the category of S.O.S. – Save our Shade.
Clovis Police Traffic officers are out in force this week to crackdown on drivers who have applied dark tint to their car windows. Traffic officers recently have noticed an increase in the number of vehicles in the City of Clovis with tinted windows. This is a safety issue not just for those with tinted windows, but also for pedestrians and drivers.
