Clovis Police Officers Treated for Smoke Inhalation due to Fire

Four Clovis Police officers suffered smoke inhalation after working to save the life of a woman in a burning apartment in the 1200 block of Harvard early this morning. The officers were treated at the hospital and were released.

Meantime, as Clovis Officers were called in, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the officers with additional calls for service within the City limits.

As Clovis firefighters battled the blaze, members of the Sheriff’s Office and medical personnel did their part to assist in any way they could. Many thanks to all who took part in the effort to assist those who needed to be evacuated from the apartment complex.
