The City of Clovis issues traffic advisories for the safety and convenience of the commuting public. Please check this page frequently for updated conditions. As always, when roadways are under construction or restrictions, drivers are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly, give themselves enough time to traverse the area safely and comfortably, or to avoid the area, if possible.
Starting Monday, 6/12/2017, through Friday, 7/28/2017, Ashlan Avenue, between Leonard Avenue and Highland Avenue, will be subject to a road closure to through traffic. Tri County will be on site performing street improvement work in this area for TM 5701 (Wilson).
Beginning today through Friday, 6/23/17, Sebastian Corp. will be performing traffic signal improvements for CIP 15-18 at the intersection of Shaw & Sunnyside Avenues. During the construction period the traffic signals will not be operational and stop signs will be in place.

Beginning Monday, 5/15/17, through Monday, 6/19/17, Asphalt Design by Juan Gomez will be performing street improvements for CIP 15-05. There will be traffic control and lane shifts on Fowler Avenue between Ashlan and Gettysburg Avenues, including the intersection at Fowler and Ashlan Avenues. All traffic will be shifted to the northbound lanes during the first half of the project and then shifted to the southbound lanes during the second half of the project.
Beginning Monday, May 22, 2017, through Tuesday, July 25, 2017, VSS International, Inc. will be performing road work on various streets throughout the City of Clovis. At some point, each of the streets on the vicinity map will be partially closed or completely closed. Any given road will only be closed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm during the day of construction.

Beginning April 3, 2017, and continuing through the summer, there will be traffic control reducing DeWolf Avenue (between Gettysburg and Ashlan) to one lane in each direction. The parking on the east curb and the continuous turn lane will be eliminated during construction.
